All improvements must be in accordance with all Murphy’s Landing restrictions, covenants, and architectural guidelines in addition to the Marion County codes and regulations.
Requests for approval must be accompanied by a site plan showing the location of the proposed improvement and its annotated distance between the home and all property lines. Describe size, color and materials to be used. Pictures/Images of products to be used or Pictures/Images of completed similar projects are highly recommended.
Approval must be granted before work may commence. The Architectural Committee has 30 days from the date the completed request is received to make a decision.

Note: Anyone needing a site plan/plat map should simply go to the code enforcement office down on the corner of Orange St. and Madison ave. They will look up your lot and provide you with a copy for free.
